Captain Crunch. Something is very wrong here?

Why are Captain Crunch's eyebrows on his hat? I was just noticing that this morning while I was eating my cereal and I found it unrealistic. What were they thinking?

i thought about this for a while and couldnt fidure it out until i smoked some herb. the reason his eyebrows are that high is because he's a cartoon carachter. When cartons were invented the used over sized features so they could make more dramatic facial expressions. Im sure youve seen a low bugtet or old cartoon where the mouth oy eyes or eyebrushes arnt atached. The captian is intended to look surprised and because of this his eyebrows are placed above the face.
