Sean Pollock is a much better leader than Tendulkar but hey its the indian league the only team with the guts to appoint an international player as captain from the start are Jaipur and where are they thats right on top of the table maybe Mumbai should had some guts to appoint pollock to captain Mumbai from the get go but a great player like tendulkar play under pollock would have hurt his ego so i think some of the indian superstars should have their egos deflated

Results show that when Harbhajan was the acting captain, Mumbai were on a  losing streak; he was surely a terrible captain. Then came another acting captain, Pollock, and he started to lift the game resulting in an improved performance from the team. Finally, Tendulkar took the captaincy and after a brief success, he couldn't finish some very close matches. Being the most experienced player, Tendulkar was expected to reflect that in his captaincy but he failed. So in my opinion, Pollock was the best among the three.
