Captive Bead Ring???

I bought a few captive bead rings for my cartilage and i have been having some problems. i got the bead off and now it won't go back on. Is there a special way to put them on?

It can be a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. First of all, find the indentations in the bead and make sure you have them lined up with the ends of the ring and hold the ring with your other hand and push the bead in between the ends of the ring. Be careful not to push too hard or the bead will just pop out the other way.
