Capture HDMI through VGA?

Question

I have a Dell 2408WFP and have my PS3 in HDMI and laptop in VGA; anyway to capture PS3?

Also, I recommend checking radio shack if possible.

However, if you're using this to play games on your labtop through your PS3, make sure there won't be a delay.

Back when I had my PS2, i used a tv tuner to play my PS2 on my computer and there was a significant delay between when I pressed a button on the controller and when the action happened on screen.  So I had to get a new tuner.
