Capture audio from a video.

Question

What i'm tryin' to accomplish is to get the audio from a video onto my MySpace Music Profile.

I tried searching it on here and what not, and I have Windows Movie Maker, and i follweed their instructions, but it kept in a video format, and I need Mp3.

And i'm a little hesitant to download any Free Converters.
