Capture card/Video Card?

Ok so I want to buy a Capture card for my 360, but my brother has told me that you can get one that will also act as a video card for my computer. Anybody know what hes talking about, where to get one, how much one would cost, or how to install it?

You don't even need a capture card, You just get a DVD recorder, and run your 360 through it. Then, tell it to record while you play. When you're done, put the DVD in your computer, and you can edit it, post it, or do whatever you want.
