Capturing photos on iChat??

Question

I see posted pics on myspace, facebook, etc. that were captured while video chatting on iChat. I was wondering how you do that...I want to take pictures while video chatting

I don't use iChat much, but here is my answer.  Press Command-Shift-4, tap the spacebar, click on the iChat "Video Chat" Window and Voila!  Just crop it in preview and thats it!
