Car's window broken! Where do you fix it? Mechanic, Body shop or what do they call the place to fix it??!!?

auto glass shop, do not go to the dealer they are triple price, shop around for independants and get the best price, i get used glass from the junkyard, looks new after some windex

You'd need an auto glass specialty place or a mechanic that can do glass. I'd try searching for "auto glass in _______ city"

If the glass is broken, you can go to a glass shop. If it just doesnt work, go to a mechanic shop
