Car Accident Insurance Claim Question?

Question

If a person was injured in two separate auto accidents within a few weeks, both were not his fault. How would the second accident effect the claim of the first? I hope my question is clear enough.

that's a question I would ask my Lawyer.   for sure you didn't get any better.

If the 2nd injury duplicated the 1st, then any claim for the 2nd accident would most likely be for an exacerbation, not the entire injury. But this also has to do with what state the accident happened. But I don't know of any that treat it any differently
