  1. Well since they got all of your information...I am assuming that you gave them your mom's insurance info? They will be contacting your mom's insurance company to get their vehicle repaired. Hopefully you will be lucky and you'll get permissive use, that is if your mom gave you permission to use the vehicle. I hope that you are not an excluded driver because then you are SOL. Let the insurance company handled it...they will guide you and your mother through the entire process.

  2. You will be responsible for all of the damages including the damage to your Mom's vehicle and the other parties.  Your mother's insurance may be non-renewed.

  3. your moms insurance company will deny the claim as she excluded you from her policy.  the people you hit will more than likely file through their insurance company and in turn the company will come after you and your mom for repayment.  if it was a small fender bender it may be best for your mom to contact the people and offer to just pay for repairs.

  4. If you are excluded, then you have no insurance and should not have been driving.  What will happen now?  You will have to pay to repair all damages to the other car and to yours, if any and you will probably lose your drivers license, you may be fined for driving without insurance and your Moms insurance may be canceled.

  5. If your an excluded driver on her policy...your just like an uninsured motorist.

Your mother signed a document that excluded you from driving the vehicles listed on her insurance policy, therefore she's in breach of a contract she signed.

If you have your own policy, they may go after that or they have the option to approach you or your mother for payment for the other vehicle damage.  You'll also be responsible for the damage to your own vehicle.

  6. I'm no expert on this, but I would suggest you have a look here, there is expert's ideas you mayfind.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...
