Car Amp and Stereo Help!?!?

i need an amp for my car but i dont have alot of money and i dont know what to buy. I was also wondering if i needed an amp to power my speakers or if i could do that later. i have 2 sets of polk componet speakers ready to put in my car so if i could run it without an amp it would be nice. i also have a polk audio sub

so i need an amp to power that. would this be a good amp

i have a 150$ budget so if this amp isnt good then a recomendation would be very helpfiul

the component speakers will work fine without an extra amp.

the amp would work fine and you could just upgrade later
