Car Audio For 2004 Mazda 6?

I was wondering if it was possible to but a harddrive based system in my mazda 6. If I can have a harddrive where all my music is on in the car maybe even videos where I can play them off. Hooking up the stereo system to a harddrive with all the songs and videos which is connected to a touch screen interface. Is that possible or just me dreaming?

its no dream - but reality

hard drive systems are available form past 2 years , the reason nobody buys it is because of its price - too expensive

jvc makes hard drive headunits

but think smarter - buy a usb enabled head unit(very common now almost all units have one) and hook up a high capacity pendrive, there are pen drives available till 32 gb capacity for 25$

do you need more ;) !

so dream more - dream of hooking playstation in the car( that too is very easy)

get a usb enabled dvd player head unit and play all your media
