I just bought a new pioneet avh-p4000dvd in dash online. What is the fastest way to test if the product is defective? I have 15 days to return defective merchandise, and I wanted to see if the item is defective as soon as i can

You could grab a phone book and look up a car audio shop in your area and ask them can they test it to make sure it works and they might do it for free....If all else fails just get it installed unless you can install it yourself and ride around and make sure to pay close attention to every little detail but before you decide that something is defective you might want to read reviews on it to make sure others havent had the same problem cuz if so then thats just how that item is made and sending it back to get another one wouldnt do any good.
