Car Speaker Question??

I Have Kenwood 6990ie 6x9's In My Dodge Magnum They Are 2 Way Speakers But I Wanted To Go With The 6982ie 5 Way Speaker. Would This Be An Upgrade Or Downgrade?? Help Please!! And If There Are Any Speakers That Are Just As Good Or Better Than Kenwood In The Same Price Range Let Me Know.

well to go from 2 way to 5 way is not really an upgrade to some SQ heads its a down grade. all you are doing is dividing the sound frequencies more. if you want to upgrade then add an amp or add a sub and amp.

check out Polk audio and Kicker! I have both brands in my truck. There reasonably priced. They sound excellent for the money.
