Car Stereo System?

I want an awesome system in my car. but sadly i know nothing about this? please help me? what do i need. whats good whats bad? how would i do it?the whole nine yards.

It depends all on what you want. Do you want to spend the money to get it done, and done right. Or do you just want something that will get you by, and play loud music.

As far as brand and all that other stuff goes, there isnt (much) of a diffirence. Your not (im assuming) going to have some compitition setup, so you will not need caps, and other **** that places will try to sell you. All you need, is a good deck, Nice subs, nice highs and mids, and a good amps.

There is a company that you can call that will help you with that. The name is ecperformance, and they build custom fiberglass boxes for people all over the US.  

I would give them a call and talk to somene from there about anything you want to know. When it comes to stuff like that they are the ****..

  I bought a 4 sub custom fiberglass box from them 2 years ago and it is still awsome. You wont get the sound from mdf boxes as you will from fiberglass.

to not go to best buy they are over priced and half the time no not what they are doing. Go to a audio store and as to what to buy depends on how you loud you want it you'll need an amp but make sure the ohm load goes with the type of speakers you want get a compasitotor and power line with a big enough gauge also audio cable R/W and a remote line a good head unit. But dont go to some big box store like best buy.

Get some JL W-0's.... make sure you get at least a 1200 watt amp. That **** will poud........
