Car Tax Query!!?

what will the new car tax be in when it goes up in the next year or so? i have a 2001 plate peugeot 306 1.8 engine? what will be new 6 month tax be?

you may have an 01 plate, but check the VIN paper (owners green bit of paper) and check the year, it may fall in the latter part of 00. Otherwise i think a 1.8 will jump up a band. Im not sure of prices, so check the DVLA's website.
