Car Towed away?

My car was towed today from a visitors parking space it said 2 hour limit i was there only 30 min. i paid $300 dollars was i wrong or the apartment manager being a b**** going for a visit at my sisters apartment cost me that much and i dont even have that much money im a student is there any way i can get it refund back??

If I were you, I would contact the police and contacting the towing company. I hope you have some kind of "proof" that you were there for only 30 minutes.

You'll have to sue them.

It's pretty amazing that they got a tow truck there that fast.

Not really unless you sue the apartment manager. Which is not even worth it. It is really hard to prove either side. its more of a he say she say type of situation.
