If the car is white exterior with tan interior - is there a big difference being able to see into the car?

Also - how hard is it really to see outside at night through the 15% compared to the 35%?

  1. the lighter the interior the lighter the tint looks from the outside.

there is a big difference between 15% and 35%. 35% will look almost clear from the inside looking out at night. 15% is pretty dark from the inside looking out at night. If u live in an area that has alot of street lights on the roads then u should be ok wit 15%. If u dont then I would consider in getting 20% or higher.

  2. The darker the interior, the darker the windows will appear to the outside. And I believe it will not be any harder to see outside with a 15% tint compared to a 35%. The tinting is on the outside. Once you are in the car it appears to be very light out. Only people outside of the car will see the dark tint. Ok...Try going with 20% all around instead.

  3. The darker it is, the harder it is too see in the car.  Obviously.  It really comes down to price and what you think will look better on the car.  Personally, I think the 15% will look better on a white car just because you don't want to make it look like an oreo.  If you had a black car however...

If its just for security reasons I'd get 35% if you can afford it.

  4. 15%-you will probably see the the out lines of the interior(like the shawdows the outline)

35%-all black nothing can't see anything

  5. Yes. It is a very big difference in visibility. You should check local laws as tint can vary by county and city. Check out this car which is tinted with 35% on the back window and 15% on the car windows. Perfect comparison: http://rides.webshots.com/photo/11720046...

  6. 15% at night is like wearing REALLY dark sunglasses at night. check local laws before you tint, some states only allow 35% and only on certain windows

  7. i have 15 on my back windows and 20 on my driver & passengers sides.  its pretty hard to back up while i'm driving at night.  but the darker the tint, the better the car looks from the outside.  :)
