Car Wreak????

Question

If you are in a car wreak and it's the others persons fault, does their insurance make you pick the cheapest quote? Or do you get to pick what shop your car goes to? What if they have Farm Bureau? Can you find a website that has the rules about insurance?

If its there fault they are supposed make you whole 100%. This means you use whom ever you like to repair your car. They try to hook yo up with a cheap shop that usually does cheap work. They try to paint a fender that will never match the rest of your car because its cheaper but before the accident they matched and to make yo whole again the car should match all over. If they don't want to pay a dealer to paint the entire car take them to court and you will win and they will have to pay your attorney fees also. They know that so they will settle. Just hold your ground.

Most insurance co have a cheaper deal with a special Body shop but u can ask the adjuster that you rather take it to the place of your choice BUT.........,..if for don't take it were farm have listed co they will not warrant the work.....Another thing never call you insurance claim if you are not at fault because whether you get 0 dollars their will be a claim put on u.

You have the right to pick who you want to fix your car.  Get several quotes and give them the higher ones.  You might be better off letting your insurance man hagglewith their insurance company.  That is part of what you pay for insurance for.  As the other company is footing the bill and your company is not, they are not supposed to raise your rates.

Most Ins companies have adjusters that will give you an amount they will pay...if you get it cheaper the money left is yours...if it cost more....you have to pay the difference.
