My wife was recently in a car accident. She was on her way back to work from her lunch break. she was stopped at an intersection waiting to turn left on a green arrow. She was turning left at a green arrow when a truck ran the red light going 30+ mph hit her almost head on. There were may witnesses but only 4 gave their statement to the police. She was taken by ambulance and was hospitalized for a whole day. The guy that hit her denied running the red light despite of having 4 witnesses. My wife is now complaining of head aches, specially sharp pain going down her arm to her hand. Lower back pain and neck pain. She cant sleep and has nightmares of the crash and now she is even afraid of driving. We have a 4 month old baby and she breastfeeds her. She cannot take no pain medicine because she breasfeeds. So she has to deal with the pain. We decided to go ahead and hire Larry H. Parker. I dont know if it was a good idea. Does anyone have an opinion on Larry H. Parker? Please help.

  1. Before you do anything check with your states attorney generals office for any open claims against him also check with your local ( Board of Chiropractic Examiners) as well and good luck.....

  2. Chiropractor and/or Chinese medicine / acupunture may help with the pain.

As you and I are in different cities, mentioning name of lawyer will not help.

The other side is going to deny everything. Your lawyer's job is 1) prove them as wrong as possible, and 2) to squeeze as much settlement out of the other party as possible

Tell your lawyer everything you're telling us, and your lawyer should be able to round up a couple more witnesses (even if he had to hire a private investigator and chase down leads). He will know what to do. Should be a pretty much slam dunk case, the question is how much can be squeeze out of the other side.

  3. I have never heard of the guy. But there is alternatives to pain medications. Her insurance should cover a portion of medical costs, depending on her provider and insurance. Have her see a chiropractor. They are not bogus. I have been going to one for a few years, mainly when my neck goes outta whack. They are miracle workers and many do not believe in either pain meds or surgery. They get your life back on track.

  4. Larry H Parker is all over the television but I don't know of his reputation personally.

From what you have described, you need a good attorney. Check on the net and find a good one, do some research.

Not saying that Larry Parker   is not a competent attorney, I just don't know.

They may have a free initial consultant visit , call and find out!  Good luck with this , hope you wife gets to feel better!
