Car accident, whos fault?

i was pulling into the bank and there was a car in front of me. they pulled into a spot and put their car in reverse but didnt back up. as i started passing by they began to slowly back up and they backed up into the side of my car. is this my fault or theres?

Their fault.    They pulled into a spot and backed into traffic.  

Still,  never trust the other fellow,  you share the road with idiots.

Mostly their fault. They ran into you not you into them.They have to give way when coming out of a park. Blow your horn or yell at them to watch where their going in future. It will happen again,believe me.

Theirs. They failed to make sure the way was clear for them to back up. Sweet jeezus what if that was somebody's kid???
