Question:

Car accident and insurance problem

I have a car that got into an accident.. It was the other party's fault so the other party paid for all of the expenses of fixing the car. The problem is, the car was hit from the side.. and ever since the accident, the car is a little shaky. I took it back to my dealer, but they would have to charge me to take a look and/or fix it. My insurance company won't do anything.. I can't really talk to the other insurance company.........because I'm not their client.

Either I want it fixed or sold.

Would the insurance company help me get rid of the car?

What happens in this case? What should I do?

  2. well it seem it wasnt fix right the first time and that is when you should have said something about the way it drove not after you drove it a few days or weeks.... you talk with the company that payed for it be fix and you let them know its not right after they had it work on and if they dont want to fix it right you sue them... just let them know nice way and then if they say not then say ok you will be talking with my lawyer by and walk out

  3. It doesn't matter who paid for the work, there's still a problem with it that needs to be looked at by the people who did the work.Drive it back to them and explain the problem.
