Car accident legal help?

I got into a car accident about a week ago. It was my first one, so I didn't know what to do. The guy asked for my info so I gave it to him without getting his. The police were not called to the scene and he said he didn't have his license with him. What should I expect?

All you can do at this point is to call your insurance company and give them what little information you have.

For future reference, always get a police report. and always get at the very least the license and VIN of the other car.  Too late for that though.
