Car accident.?

when i was parking my car,this guy claims i hit his leaving some scratches which i didnt,i went to his house and took some pictures from the car,and tuesday im going to court,is it illegal to bring those pictures with me?thanks

nope , its not illegal. However you need to have a picture of his license plate, so you can prove its his car. Also, dont sweat it, if there is no witness, there is no proof. Thats along as there is no damage to your vehicle. You need to take plenty of pictures of both vehivles and ask where is his paint on your vehicle or the damage to your vehicle at?

If the car was parked on a public street it is legal but if you trasspassed on private property it could become a issue.
