Car audio installation?

do i have to buy all my stuff from best buy(subs, amps, stereo, etc...) for them to install it? alot of the stuff they have is cheaper somewhere else.

  1. yes but i would recommend you buying your equipment somewhere else. ive seen some equipment been sold there for over twice the price. its insane imo.

    and for the installation, its better to get a audio shop to install it. its better to have people who only do installations and know what they are doing because they have the years and experience.

    ive heard of many bad cases where some bestbuy workers did not do a good job.

    so, to me, i would buy the equipment online and save alot... then get a audio shop to do the install. at the end, you will know the equipment was intalled the right way.


  2. Hello, Best Buy will probably make you buy everything from them if you want them to install it, if not there might be an installation fee. If you know how to do it yourself that might be an idea too. It's not all that difficult, but if you don't feel like you can, call Best Buy and ask them if you can give them third party parts to install, and if so how much it would cost.
