Car audio system plays with radio but not with cd or aux.?

Question

I hear the bass really loud when its on the tuner but when i select the option to play a cd or connect it to the aux, it doesn't play at all. Can it be the wiring connect from the amp and sub to the cd player or what?... I even exchanged the cd player because i figured if it comes on when the radio is on then the connection is right...someone please helppp. Thanks.

you have it connected wrong.  depending on what kind of deck you have,  your remote wire should be connected to the blue/white wire.  you most likely have it connected to the blue wire which is the power antenna wire.  the reason its cutting off is because the power antenna wire only keeps the power antenna up when its on the radio, not on cd or aux.  change your remote wire and all should be good

you most likely have your remote wire that runs from the back of your head unit to your amp hooked up wrong...you probably have it hooked up to the blue and white antenna wire instead of the amp wire(also blue and white)...
