Car crash insurance ?

Question

I was in a car accident and the woman from the other persons insurance wants to settle.

I saw the chiropractor 3 times.

He made it worse.

I was in really bad shape.

What is an expected settlement?

The doctor bill wasn't that much and I know I could get a lot more in court but don't want to take it to that.

Nothing is written in stone.  How much for an expected settlement  is like asking "How high is up" ?   You will have to be the one to determine how much is enough.

There's no set formula for settlements.  It's based on the severity of your injury.  What you have is a soft tissue injury and is not life altering like losing a leg or disfigurement.

In working with bodily injury settlements for some time, just a fyi, don't expect too much.  With the small amount of information that your supplying, I would expect the adjuster to offer to pay for the medical bills you have, possibly a small amount for future medical and pain suffering which would be minimal.

Keep going to the chiropractor till you get better. You usually average $1500 a month as long as you are under the care of a doctor. That what I got from past experiences.
