  1. yes -- 5 times

    yes -- twice

    3 totals, 2 repairable

2 GMC Jimmy, 1 Chevelle (71), 1 Honda Accord (rental), 1 Chevy Neon (rental)

  2. i have been in a couple of car accidents.  the one i was in while i was driving was in a car that did not have an airbag.  it was in a 1987 iroc-z camaro.  a kid backed out of his driveway onto a highway (which is illegal in indiana) without stopping at the end of the drive.  he hit me starting at the front wheel of my car and stopped just past the door.  i was 6 months pregnant and was not wearing my seatbelt.  the saying "seatbelts save lives" would not have applied in my case if i had been wearing it.  the bumper of the truck he was driving hit my headrest where my head would have been had i had my seatbelt on.  the police told me he hit me hard enough it would have mangled and flipped my car had it been another kind (iroc z's were meant to take a beating.  they used to race them) and i should consider myself very lucky.   i ended up covered in glass and had a cracked jaw.

  3. Yes, 3 accidents.

No, All three accidents the damage was done to the side or rear so the air bags did not deploy.

2 of the accidents were just minor fender benders. (was driving a Honda Prelude)

The 3rd accident I totalled my car. (was driving a Ford Probe)

  4. yep, once

no, thankfully-I hate those things! bad news for short people.

I was hit head on in town, totalled my moms car. Thank god for automatic seatbelts otherwise I probably wouldnt have been buckled up and been hurt pretty bad.
