Car dvd's.. need help?

Question

i have a baby who sits rear facing still and i want to know if you can mount the dvd backwards and then forwards when they go front facing in the car. i dont know anything about car dvds or the mounts. i dont want a hand held one though as shes too young to hold it. is there one that is portable and can go over the seat head rests or something? also what are some good car dvds for not too much money.. thanks!
