Car freeview ,no pic problem

i have purchesd a freeview for my car ,to keep kids happy ,i have fited it in i have found channels ,the sounds perfect but no pic its just black .i have tried it on two other tvs ans its still the same can anyone help please.

  1. Take it back to the shop: sounds like the screen has failed.
