Car help Please?

Question

OK I have a 1995 Hyundai Elantra just recently the car started making a loud humming noise coming from the passenger side rear tire. Its really loud when going from about 42-55 miles per hr and then again when you start slowing down. I have checked the hub bearings and they are still good. If any one know what else it could be Please let me know

Could be a bad wheel baring

tire is "chopped" and needs to be replaced.

tire with a broken belt, in the tread, will do that. Better get it checked out.
