I have a 1995 vauxhall corsa i have just brought a brand new steering wheel for it but i cant remove the old one, iv removed all the bolts and it still wont come off, does anyone know how i can get off my old steering wheel???????

  2. Dont know for sure, but you may need a "steering wheel puller". Ask at your local auto parts store for one. I believe it someone attaches to your steering wheel and then you turn a bolt which presses onto the shaft the steering wheel is attached to.. With pressure(turning the bolt with a wrench) the steering wheel will slowly slide off the shaft.

    Again, I don't know for sure on your vehicle, but that is how it is on the one I worked on a few years back..

  3. Undo the main centre nut, but do not remove it, leave the nut on two or three threads, then pull the wheel as hard as you can and it will come off. Finish undoing the nut and take the wheel off.

    Be careful if any air-bag present, be careful of any other connections.

    If in any doubt, get a professional to change the wheel for you.
