Question:

Car insurance - Driving other cars?

Im covered to drive other peoples cars. My insurance certificate says so. But does the other car have to be insured?

It will be in the ownership of my friend, But I am driving it back as I 'should' be covered. Will I be? I am well aware it will probably flash up on police records as un-insured. But my old car did that and I had no problems when I explained to the officer it was my car and I was covered to drive it (Insurance was in the post anyway). This is in the UK now, so might differ to other countries.

Thanks all!
