Car insurance churchill?

if you crashed you car, and your dog was sitting in the passenger seat would your insurance company still pay out.

the reason i ask is how come churchill is sitting in the front passenger seat in his latest tv advert

I bet they would try to get out of it. But if you have pet insurance it'd be covered from them.
