Car insurance settlement?

I was in an auto accident as the passenger in the vehicle. The other person was at fault but they didn't have car insurance. (Another topic) Anyway, my friend’s insurance company said they are going to reimbursement for everything, including lost wages, bills, etc. I have been in PT for the pass 10 weeks and have to wear a cast on my wrist for the next 2 weeks. My lost wages, co payments and some medical bills have already gotten to 11k. I expect more bills that can get to close to 15k all together. How much should I expect to get with pain and suffering without dealing with a lawyer? Any ideas? I was diagnosed with a fractured wrist and sever muscular damage to my chest, neck and back so far. I really don't know the medical terms

You are rather persistent with this question.  Haven't you asked it about 3-4 times already?  

Anyway, nobody can provide you with an actual dollar amount. Your claim will be evaluated once you are no longer treating, and you have reached a medical end result. Who knows, you may have a loss of function or permanency rating that needs to be considered.

Your claim will be evaluated based on your injury,  your length of disability(total, partial, residual), the kind of treatment, and permanency, if any.

Since you want to remain pro se, you will have to trust the adjuster.  The adjuster is not out to "s***w" you.  You will be offered a fair settlement for your injury.  Only the adjuster knows what your claim is worth since they have all of your medical reports.  We don't.   You have the right to negotiate, and you do not have to accept the first offer.  You do however need to support your rationale for an increased offer.  If you cannot prove why your claim is worth more, the adjuster will not counter with an other offer just because you want additional money.  The adjuster knows how to evaluate a claim.  Depending on their tenure at the insurance company, they may need to seek authorization to settle from a supervisor.  If the evaluate is too low, the supervisor will correct it.  

If negotiations reach an impasse, consider mediation.  A mediator will evaluate the claim and put a value on it.  You do not have to accept it since it is not binding.
