i am under my moms insurance policy so when i buy a car does she need to be there to transfer the title and and get tags or can i just bring the paper that states im on the policy(i pay for insurance to drive her current car) and do it by myself. Reason im asking is because the place im getting the car from is hour and a half away and she is not likely to come.Only her name is on the insurance card though but if i bring the insurance policy paper is that proof that i have insurance?. Am i supposed to get my own insurance card?

  1. You should go for a proper program with an expert's help for a better  management. Check out here for some useful info and tips.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  2. How many times do you plan to ask the same question?  Again, as I said last time:

Insurance goes with cars. You may be covered on mom's policy to drive her car, but it won't make that jump to cover a car you buy. You will have to get insurance for the car you plan to buy, and do NOT move it an inch without having insurance on it.

  3. You need to talk to your insurance agent. Either get a card with both names or get your own card.
