my wifes phone now displays -Car Kit- and cannot receive incoming calls. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks!

We've had the phone for over 2 years - i have the same model but mine is working fine. It is an LG phone from sprint - i am unsure of the model number atm. Thanks!
