Car license before or after a motorcycle license?

im planning on getting a motorcycle, so i need a license, and i was just gonna drive around my dads car when hes home occasionally, so what do you think i should get first? the permit thing is wayyy confusing cuz i got the cali motorcycle handbook im supposed to study and im gonna sign up for driver's training, and i thot that was all you need, but when i read the handbook, it sed i needed driver's ed too, so now im like really confused, and i saw on the msf website(cuz im gonna sign up for it after i get my permit) that if you have a class c license, you can just sign up, so that made me even more confused. any clarifications? do i really have to do drivers training AND drivers ed to get a permit? and if i do, then the drivers ed for a car, or a motorcycle?

Def get the auto license before the cycle.

Your biggest risk as a cycle rider is other drivers, getting the auto license first and gaining auto expereince will help with avoiding being hit while driving a cycle.

You have a good chance of getting killed if you make a mistake on a motorcycle.

most mistakes in a cars don't kill (unles you hit a bike :o)
