Car note payment 10 days late?

Chase keeps calling and I won't be able to pay until friday. Do I have to worry about them taking the car

It all depends on the terms of your contract with them, but generally, most places won't repo a car until it's at least 30 days late.  Just answer when they call and tell them when you'll be making the payment.

No not usually, but answer the phone call from Chase even though you don't want to.  Then they will stop calling you, but most auto loan they will repo after 60 days or even 90 days past due.  Also don't worry about it your not the only person that sometimes have to make a payment arrangement.
