Car radio just keeps scrolling....?

Question

My radio, factory, will provide nothing but static (yes, even when in the city). Sometimes, if I turn a corner, it will come in temporarily, but will fade right back to static within moments. My antenna is stuck and will not go up or down. Can anyone offer any suggestions of any kind? Any help would be great.

either ther power antennas motor has blown, or at least the fuse for it. Or its not recieving power.  check and replace any blown fuses. If the antenna is blown you can have it replaced for like $50 or you can put one in yourself. they are about $20 for power and $10 for non powered. the non powered one is alot faster and easier to put in.
