Can anyone recommend a car seat with a harness for a child that weighs 18kg, all the seats I can find you have to remove the harness at 18kg but he won't stay in with just a car seat belt. (he's being assessed for possible autism).

  1. I tried to do some research on the UK car seats and did not find much information. In the US, Britax does make a car seat for special needs children which will hold a child longer then most seats. I would contact Britax.

  2. GO to the fire station they do all that stuff 4 free because they want ur child to be safe. Just drive u and ur child to the fire or police station.

  3. try this one,http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d...

i have this one for my child...its a good one,and don't take the harness out..

  4. I can't give info on specific seats in the UK - but go to this forum: http://www.car-seats.org and post your question in the international forum where someone can answer your question.

  5. Why not visit a store such as Halfords which sells child car seats.  There should be someone who understands your situation and would be able to show you a suitable seat for your son.
