Car seat in a truck? in PA.?

I have to go pick my son up and i don't wanna drive my little car because of some issues im having with it but I have a dodge ram 1500 truck. I wanna know if anyones knows of any specific law against having him in the truck with me. he's rear facing n in the middle with no airbag my husband will be driving n im in the passenger seat.

It is illegal in all states to do this but if you have no choice put the seat like you said in the middle and push the seat as far back as possible, if this is all that you have to drive, what else can you do ???

i think all rear facing car seats have to be in a back seat

but i think kids are allowed to ride in  a truck with no airbag so idk??
