  1. You will want him in the backseat, especially if you have airbags. Check your state laws on regulations for car seats/booster seats. I have a 6 yr old, and in my Jeep, when her back is against the seat, her feet are flat on the floor, so technically she doesn't need a booster (the seatbelt hits her in the right place) But it is sooo much better to be safe than sorry, so follow the laws your state has in place.

  2. Not in Arizona.

  3. No he has to go on the booster seat.

  4. CHILD CAR SEAT RULES

    1. BEFORE YOUR FIRST BIRTHDAY LESS THAN 20 POUNDS REAR-FACING INFANT-ONLY CAR SEAT OR CONVERTIBLE SEAT USED IN REAR-FACING POSITION, SECURED IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.

    2. 20–35 POUNDS CONVERTIBLE SEAT USED IN REAR-FACING POSITION, SECURED IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR. LOOK FOR A CHILD SAFETY SEAT THAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR HEAVIER INFANTS.

    3. WHEN YOU ARE 1, 2, 3, AND 4 20–40 POUNDS FACE FORWARD IN A CONVERTIBLE SEAT OR A FORWARD-FACING-ONLY SEAT OR HIGH-BACK BOOSTER/HARNESS IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.

    4. WHEN YOU ARE 4, 5, 6, 7, OR 8 LESS THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT (NO BACK) OR HIGH-BACK BELT-POSITIONING BOOSTER SEAT IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.

    5. WHEN YOU ARE 8, 9, 10, 11, OR 12 MORE THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL MAY USE AN ADULT SEATBELT, BUT MUST KEEP YOUR BACK AGAINST THE SEAT BACK, YOUR KNEES BENT OVER THE EDGE OF THE SEAT, AND YOUR FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR IN THE BACK SEAT OF THE CAR.

    6. WHEN YOU ARE MORE THAN 12 YEARS OLD MORE THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL MAY SIT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT OF THE CAR WITH AN ADULT SEATBELT.

  5. No he is not.  All children under the age of 13 MUST sit in the back.

  6. He can sit at the front but make sure u use a booster cushion and a seat belt!

That is all that the law requires!

  7. If your in the uk then they have to stay in the back till 10 (or might be 12)

  8. You have to be a certain height..

  9. no

it is illegal for any child under the age of 12 to go in a front seat. UK

  10. Only if hes driving..........

  11. a child can sit in the front passenger seat with the correct restraints but to help you try this site great help http://www.lawontheweb.co.uk/seatbelts.h...

  12. Whether its allowed by law or not, its not safe. It is recommended that children not sit in the front seat until they are at least 12-13 years old, more than twice your child's age. The airbag poses significant risks, as well as it just plain putting him closer to the point of impact for most accidents. Keep him in the back seat, and keep him in a booster until he is at least 4'9" tall AND 80lbs.

  13. Back seat only.

  14. no not until hes 10
