O maybe you will spend less money in other garage, which can provide you parts for VW.Has anyone had this experience before? Any information will be usefull.Thank you

  1. The dealership is usually the most expensive place to get your car worked on.

  2. If it's a service deal with a brand new car, they tend to offer very good value, and you'll also maintain a main dealer service history.

If it's on a used car AND at a none - franchised dealer, I wouldn't bother, just have the car serviced anywhere.

In either case, check what is & more importantly isn't covered - If it doesn't cover cam belt, brakes, fluids or filters, then it's worthless. If it's pretty inclusive, then again, I'd take it.

  3. Good idea.

  4. For a new car its a good idea, make sure that you understand what level of services will be covered by the agreement and if there is any mileage limitations on it.

    Ja.

  5. You've already been ripped off and lost about 2K off what you've payed just by driving it off the forecourt so you may as well stay on trend a shell out more to sevice it!!

  6. if you get a service with a VW dealer then they keep a history of it and it is easier to sell on in the future as the buyer will know it has been looked after by someone that specialises in VW
