Car sick??? When Driving?

I've only gotten car sick once in my life.. I was little and we were on the charter bus, school trip, so there was a lot of jumping around a stuff... But lately I've been getting car sick, even when I'm driving.... Any suggestions on how to help this so I can make it on my 1 hour commute to work...

Buy some Dramamine

Schedule an appointment with your doctor if the dramamine doesn't work. Not to discount what the other guys said, but it might be something your Dr. could fix in one visit.

Car sickness falls under the general category of motion sickness, to which sea sickness and air sickness also belong.

Generally speaking, motion sickness is what happens when the brain gets conflicting signals from the eyes and the ears.

Turn on the radio and sing or watch things as you are driving count things like cars, houses, signs or just about anything.....
