Car speakers. Hi i try to install a pair of Nitro BMW 3662 in my Jeep Cherokee 1994 in the back,

Hi i try to install a pair of Nitro BMW 3662 in my Jeep Cherokee 1994 in the back, top. The box came with no instruction and there are some black clamps with it. How do I connect the speakers to that bar and how do i connect the speaker covers to the speakers ?
