ok i have done a couple of stereo installs before but i have never used a 4 channel amp before only subs with amps. I got a GM-6300F Pioneer 4 channel amp to pair up with a set of 6x9 pioneer 5 ways and a front pair of 6.5 polks in the front. The stock deck is still in but will be replaced by a pioneer deck before install.

ok so here is my first question: There are 2 inputs on the amp(A & B) do i have to use both of these inputs to send the signal to it or can i just use A(reason beeing is that i only have one RCA cable). I am planning on hooking up all 4 speakers and using the amp to control all 4 speakers.

and my other question is where can i get the color coded wire to wire up the speakers

  1. Looking at the image of your amplifier I see a switch to the right of the RCA connections that is labeled "2ch 4ch". If you select it to 2ch then you should be able to get away with just one set of RCAs. I would recommend getting a set of RCAs for the rear so that you can do fading from the head unit (that is the feature you'll be missing if you do it this way).

I don't understand why you need "color-coded wire". You can however get speaker wire which will have some sort of indicator on it to allow you to distinguish (+) from (-) on either end. Sometimes they will have little (+)'s printed on the insulator of one conductor. Or the shape of the insulator will be round instead of square. Any random two-conductor speaker wire you buy will have some method to tell you which is which. Don't overthink this ... just go get a spool of copper speaker wire from radioshack.
