  1. the second guy answered right

  2. yea u would plug the sub output thing to ur amplifer.. and then buying a amp kit should be all u need.. id say go with 0 gauge if its 1400+, 4 gauge 700ish to 1400, and if its a smaller amp u could go to a 8gauge.. id stick with a 4gauge tho if u ask me for my opinion

  3. you need an amp wiring kit some wire to go from the sub to the amp and someone that knows how to install it and will do it for the cost of a six pack

  4. your radio will need a sub out for you to be able to adjust the bass from the radio but, if your radio does not have RCA outputs all you need is a "line output convertor" http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/I...

you just connect the speaker leads from your car stereo to it and it reduces the incoming speaker-level signals so that outgoing signals are compatible with the preamp inputs on your amplifier. You will then need to use two RCA patch cords (not included) to make the connections to your amp.

  5. yes they are, and you can just buy an amp wire kit for the install, should come with everything u need to get it runnin
