Car stereo not working?

Question

I took out the radio/tape player from my Daewoo Lanos (1998) and tried to insert a different radio/CD player. Connected all the wires up so they matched but the new player wouldn't work at all (a little red light was flashing but that's it).

Put the old radio/tape player back in and now that isn't working!

Any ideas why?

you may have not connected it right, and blew out the fuse... ITs best to buy the harness for that car and connect the new radio to the harness then plug it into the factory plug from the old radio.

but check your fuse box....
