Car subwoofer help??

so i have a car that came with an amp.. and i want to buy a sub and head unit. i dont know what kind of sub i can get with it? can somebody guide me in the right direction? heres the amp specs on their site.

  1. This is a 4-channel amp, so you have a few options.  

    Two channels can be combined (or "bridged")  into a single channel for more power.  In this way, it can be used as a high power 2-channel amp.  You could use it with a pair of subwoofers.  Pick subwoofers that are 4-ohm, single voice coil, with a rated RMS power no lower than 200 watts.

    If you want, you can bridge two channels for a single 4-ohm subwoofer, then use the remaining two channels for a pair of front or rear speakers.
